These pajamas were worn once for Christmas pictures. They are made of 100% cotton and have stretch. The shirt is long sleeve with a rounded neckline. There is a red trim around the neckline and on bottom of sleeves. The pants have an elestic waistband with red trim. the bottom of pants also have the red trim. Very comfy and great to lounge or sleep in. Shirt: Armpit to Armpit- 20" length- 24.5" Pants: Waist- 32" Inseam- 27.5"
