A step-by-step description of our procedures and methods:
  1. Carefully the card is removed from its pack & IMMEDIATELY inserted into a NEW penny sleeve.
  2.  A colored Post-it tab is attached to the penny sleeves' upper-back side, leaving behind a convenient tab. The tab can be used to quickly and safely remove the penny sleeve (& card) without a struggle. A struggle that might otherwise result in damage to the card.
  3.  The card and penny sleeve are then inserted into a rigid Top-Loader, or semi-rigid Card Saver (1).
  4.  A Top-Loader/Graded-Card sleeve is then used. This is like a large penny sleeve that fits around the toploader in order to create a semi-waterproof seal adding another layer of protection to the setup.
  5.  Finally, the card is stored in a secure, environmentally controlled, location.

Delivery:
  •  We will do our best to ship your card(s) quickly and securely using a variety of devices (cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.), or methods (taping, rubber banding, etc.), we see fit in order to provide the best possible. support/protection for the journey ahead. 
  • A packing slip detailing your purchase will be included.

  • Ships in a white 6 1/2 in. x 3 5/8 in. security envelope folded within the packing slip.

  • The item(s) will be separated by packing foam and then placed in between two slightly larger pieces of sturdy cardboard that will all be held together with rubber bands just tight enough to prevent the items from falling out.
