We don't sell through distributors! What that means is you are buying our products at or below distributor pricing. We understand we could sell more products through distributors and we very well may do that some day. For now however, we are offering you high quality products at incredible pricing and the absolute fact of the matter is, Raceland products are the best bang for your buck!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

In many cases this is very true. Our products are tested and proven. We personally design, test, install, and drive on each product we put into production to guarantee fitment and performance. You can rest assured that we do everything possible to make sure quality standards are met and kept on all our products.

Raceland products carry one of the best warranties in the industry. We stand behind our products! Raceland warrants to the original purchaser that all of its products will be free from defect in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

Most orders received before 2pm MST, Monday-Friday, will ship that same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will ship the following business day. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL TOOLS WHEN INSTALLING MY KIT?

In most cases your average shop tools are going to be more than sufficient to install our products. The spanner wrench tools that help adjust coilover height are included with each kit. Spring compressors are recommended to dismantle your OEM suspension.

HOW LOW WILL RACELAND COILOVERS DROP MY CAR?

Our coilovers will drop your car on average 1" to 3" below that of stock OEM height. Our Ultimo kits will allow for a greater drop in excess of 4".

HOW DO I ADJUST COILOVERS?

Our coilovers are height adjustable. Adjusting the spring height can be done by spinning the locking spring perches up and down the shock body. Once the ride height is reached, the spanner wrenches included with the kit are used to tighten the two locking collars against each other to secure the ride height.

HOW STIFF ARE THE COILOVERS?

For each kits spring rates, see the associated kits product page. Our coilovers are designed to be a comfortable daily driving coilover with increased stiffness over OEM. This stiffness is not overbearing or harsh as our goal is to maintain a stock-like ride quality.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

IS THERE MODIFICATION NECESSARY?

A majority of our products will not need any special modification in order to get them to fit. With some of our products, some modification may be necessary. When installing aftermarket parts, it is important to take into consideration that each vehicle is different and may require more time and labor than may be expected. We do not assume any responsibility for labor cost incurred upon installation.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT?

If you have purchased a Raceland product and are unhappy with it, send it back to us for a refund within 30 days from the day of purchase. All packages that have been modified and/or damaged may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RETURNS

At Raceland, we guarantee you will be satisfied with our products, that is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This means that if for any reason, within the first 30 days of receiving your product, you are not happy with your purchase, you can send the product back for a full refund, shipping not included. To return your product, you will need to contact Raceland and get a return authorization number. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your return authorization number. Products not returned in full are subject to a restocking fee.

DISCLAIMER: In some cases, aftermarket products are subject to modifications. This can be due to numerous reasons. We do our best to make sure our products fit with little to no modification. Please note that we do not refund for any mechanic fees that might be accrued during the installation or removal of Raceland products.
