Shipping Policy

- Once a package is in transit, it cannot be forwarded to a different shipping address. Additionally, please include your phone number in your shipping address, as the carrier requires it.
- A door-to-door tracking number will be provided as soon as the shipment is processed. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the tracking number has been uploaded.
- For US buyers and most other countries, there are no extra tariffs.
