This is a brand new, unopened in plastic, this was give asa a personal gift from Ronald Reagan himself during the opening of the presidential library. Only about 30 people received this gift that day. This may be the only Sealed one still left out there. This Jar is dated 1991. Due to age there is some shelf wear to jar, and a few beans may have melted over the years :)
