SHIPPING INFORMATION:

I offer shipping worldwide with International Postal Services. All shipments are sent with registered, priority airmail with tracking number. In most of the countries tracking information is available for tracking. All shipments can be received against signature requirement, i.e. personal only.

Please note that cost of the shipping charges has been calculated into the total cost of the listings and if a product is returned for a refund, the shipping fee that has been included in the order total will not be refunded.

Shipments conditions for NON-DELIVERED items:

I'm not responsible for the shipments which are:

1. Wrong delivery address

2. Unclaimed by the recipient

3. Held by the Customs from addressee country

If you wish the shipment to be re-send, you should to pay shipping cost again, because the shipping charges were been paid to postal operators for the first sending of the item.

HANDLING TIME:

Your orders will be normally shipped within 1 - 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding official and national holidays.

DELIVERY TIME:

Usually all shipments arrive between 18 - 25 business days.

Shipments to USA arrive for 18 - 22 days.

Shipments to Canada arrive for 20-30 business days. (due to the customs review)

Shipments to Europe arrive for 8 - 15 days.

Please note that for some destinations – particularly countries in South America shipping time may take longer than average. Also note that packages may be stopped at Customs upon arrival to your country and it may take some time to release them. I’m not responsible for any delays, caused by your Postal office operator or Customs. Some delays of the shipments may be caused because international holidays.

Note! Due to sometimes longer shipping delays, Canada is excluded from shipping destinations. However if you’re from Canada and still want to make a purchase, please contact me for more information.
