MTG Sealed booster pack from the Tempest Expansion set. These packs were free gifts to an LGS from distribution partners when they were in-print. They glued the backs of the packs to the inside of the boxes to protect the loose packs, hence the paper and glued residue on the back of the packs.  This is from the Portuguese language print run. Ships with cardboard protection in a bubble mailer.
