I believe this AA related book is in great shape. Still has a 15 cent price on front. Pages are pristine and staples are still shiny. 

The last page, page 24, has the long version of the Serenity Prayer.

The back cover is blank with no writing, but there is a zip code on the title page. So this is a 2nd or later printing I believe. I have another without the zip code.
