Shipping costs to European Islands via UPS courier are higher and differ from standard locations, so please ask about this before ordering.
Delivery time depends on the country and it takes via "Priority Registered Airmail" usually from 3 to 8 working days but please notice that many international sort facility, especially in France, Spain, UK, Italy, Holland have huge delays because of CV19 situation, so this time could be much longer. If you want order faster please choose "UPS Courier" shipping method.

We ship all orders from our store in Poland, from within the European Union. There are no additional customs fees for countries that are in the European Customs Union. Buyers from outside the EU are required to pay the applicable customs fees of the country. If you have any doubts, we encourage you to ask questions.

The buyer in accordance with the applicable Polish law has the right to return the goods within 14 days after delivery. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to hygiene regulations, art. 38 point 5 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the earphones, earbuds and silicone / foam tips can only be returned in the original, unopen and sealed packaging. Opening the original package and then using this kind of goods disqualifies the possibility of returning the goods.
Please also note that in accordance with the Polish Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, Art. 34, subsection 4 - The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item
