Antique American Carved Wood Sock Darner Sewing Tool. Belong to my Great gGandmother so I would thing it’s from 1920’s to 1950's but can’t be sure. See pictures part of description. Didn’t see another one like it on eBay.

I was recently advised that this is part of an old fasion sieve.  Its fits into a cone shaped alumium sieve and it is used to press juice out of tomatoes see picture below.   I guess my Great Grandmother was not aware of that and used it to darn socks.
