I do combine shipping also.  Please note that if you choose standard shipping meaning with no special delivery, the item may get delayed on the transit, and it may take more time than the regular.  This is because Post office first take care of the special deliveries, and the standard ground delivery item may get delayed.  I do have the receipt of mailing the item, then it is the post office job to deliver you.  Therefore, it will be your responsibility to claim from USPS.  Otherwise, choose priority mail which more expensive.
