Made by After Five in the USA.  The material is a very soft, silky material.  The handbag measures 9 inches long, 6 inches tall and approximately 3 inches in width.  The clasp is gold with clear stones around the top & a large smokey black stone in the center.  There is one clear stone missing, but hard to be seen.  To open the purse, you simply push the entire clasp back & it will pop open.  Inside the purse is a small coin or change purse that his attached to the inside lining with a small, delicate chain.
