  • Hardcover / Leather. Large hardback. Two volumes bound as one in original contemporary full brown leather. Gilt decorated spine with faux bands and red leather title plate. Fold out illustration. Language: English. Size: 27 cm by 21 cm. Pages: 468, 364.

  • Wear to corners, edges and spine ends. 2.5cm section missing to upper spine end. Rubbed boards. Split front hinge with light movement. Previous owners name to front paste down. Bookplate to ffep. Soiled lower edges up to and including title page. Text is generally good throughout with some foxing to plates and minor spotting to some pages. Minor book worm holes to lower edges of volume II - see photograph. Single worm hole to front pages. Tear to fold out.
