·         Once an item is listed, we package and store it in a managed warehouse.  That is why we can offer 1-day shipping.  We also select trucking companies that have reliably picked up our items when scheduled.  There may be a rare exception where the trucking company cannot pickup on the same or next day.  In that case, the handling time is generally out of our control, but we will communicate the delay to our customers.  We always strive to meet or exceed our shipping and handling obligations.

·         All of our items are wholesale, overstock, unclaimed, foreclosure purchase or salvage goods. Most boxes have been opened for inspection and photos. If items are listed as new, they may not come with original packaging.

·         Examine all pictures and descriptions before purchase.  You will receive exactly what is in the pictures.  If it’s not in the pictures, it’s not included.  I try to accurately describe all items including marks or defects, if any.  Please let me know of any mistakes.

·         The buyer agrees that the item fits the buyer’s purpose prior to bidding.

·         Be sure your eBay address is correct.  That is the only place we can ship to.

·         If you have any problems with your purchase, please message me via eBay Messages before leaving feedback or opening a case.

·         I am not affiliated with the manufacturer, distributor or IP owner of any products and the manufacturer’s warranty is not included in this listing.

·         I may have no way of testing this item, but I will guarantee it to be fully functional or I will refund your payments along with the initial shipping costs.

·         When we post our ads, we select shippers that would be the most cost-effective and expeditious.  However, prices or conditions often change when we sell the item, so we reserve the right to select different, but cost-effective and capable shippers at that time.  We may require your signature on receipt of the items you purchase. 

·         The buyer agrees that once we have delivered and shipped the item, the item(s) delivery, handling, product damage, and non-delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any claims arising out of any conditions after the item has been delivered to the place of shipment.

·         For items that are shipped free, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund in the event of a return, unless it is determined that we misrepresented the item. We will provide proof of shipping cost to the buyer.

·         A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items.

·         eBay collects and pays sales tax in states which have opted to tax on-line sales.  We are not involved in collecting or paying the taxes.
