Offered is a beautiful Baush & Lomb Balopticon projector. This ancestor of the modern slide and overhead projector is a great survivor and I believe that the very early S/N of 23683 places it in the 1930s. The projector is 15" high, 19.5" long with the 4" diameter X 8" long lens tube fully extended and 7" across at the widest point. The piece weighs about 10 lbs and is still in operating condition with what I also believe to be the original high-intensity bulb. If you place a photo on the inside plate, the very clear image will be in focus at a distance of about 5 feet. In the beautiful condition shown with only a damaged handle which has been re-glued and no longer rotates. Very little rust and a still reflective mirror inside. Your satisfaction is guaranteed in any case since if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I will refund the initial shipping fee and also pay the return shipping cost for a truly risk-free purchase. SORRY, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUE TO PREVIOUS LOSSES.
