Preparation:
1. remove the cup setting surface by turning clockwise from the top of the espresso pot. When doing so, do not use the outlets as levers.
. Fill the boiler with cold water. The level should not exceed the opening of the safety valve.
. 3. put funnel insert into the boiler.
4. fill the funnel insert with ground coffee for Moka, without pressing it. No coffee powder must remain on the rim of the espresso pot.
. 5. screw the cup setting surface back to the kettle by turning it counterclockwise and close it forcefully, but without exaggeration. When doing so, do not use the outlets as a lever.
. 6. place the espresso pot on the hob and the cups on the support surface under the outlets. If it is a flame, make sure it does not extend beyond the diameter of the pot. For induction / electric / glass ceramic hobs, do not put on the highest level.
