Notes for the Connection Of Stainless Steel Quick Connector

  • 1.Make sure that the cut surface of the pipe is vertical, that there are no scars around the pipe and that the pipe is not elliptical.
  • 2. When inserting the pipe, it must be inserted to the bottom of the connector. If the pipe is not inserted in the end, it may cause air leakage.
  • 3. After the pipe is installed, pull the pipe to make sure that the pipe cannot be pulled out.

Installation Method

  1. After the pipe is cut off, remove the burr and insert one end of the pipe into the socket of the joint (must be inserted into the bottom) to achieve a firm connection and sealing effect.
  2. After repeatedly pulling out the pipe. The worn part of the end should be cut off. Continue to use after leveling.
  3. When disassembling the pipe, use your thumb to press the connector ferrule in and gently pull out the pipe.
  4. After installation, you just need to rotate the joint body to adjust the direction of the pipe.
