After years of joyful use in the later C20 and disuse for the whole of the C21 this amp is still working after a fashion. It would be fair to say the quantity and quality of sound has deteriorated with age - one channel now has no output - the other works with no errant sounds from the volume knob with the increase and decrease of sound. The tone knobs change the sound but obviously the balance knob does nothing but cut out the sound when it is moved to the dead left channel.

All control and manufacture's name transfers are good.

Cosmetically the wooden sleeve has suffered some water damage that has deformed and stained the veneer. 

One of the knobs is a bit chewed. 

The serial number sticker and name sticker of original assembler are still present.

It is appears to be unmolested  - from visual inspection it is obvious that the power output capacitors have deteriorated - from testing no further than plugging in and turning it on - it lights up and produces sound on one channel.

Sourcing and replacing of the main capacitors and any other “service” work I will leave to the new owner.I will hand over the opportunity to bring this well regarded classic amp back to its former glory or enhance further to their desire.

So to conclude it would be fair to say this has been used and stored near equally half and half for its entire life and presently is 50% functioning in a compromised condition due to the deterioration of passing time. 

The quality of the sound is reasonable and use of the knobs varied the volume and tone on the one working channel.
