If your order hasn't already shipped we will try to process your request but cannot guarantee this. If you have already received your order please open a returns request via your eBay account within 30 days. In order to return an item you must return it in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Once we have received and processed your return the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund times can vary but typically take 3-5 working days to be processed by the bank.

All returns are sent back at your own cost unless previously agreed. We recommend you use a tracked service and retain the proof of postage.
