DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Delivery is Fast and Free *

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7 am to 9 pm.

Once you place an order and your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a message with a link to choose a suitable day for delivery. 

Alternatively, you can send us another message after placing your order, and we will manually update your delivery date. Please note that delivery dates are subject to availability based on your location. 

The day before delivery, you will receive a text/eBay message with a delivery time. Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen - they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.

Please Note: Standard deliveries are made to the communal door of the property, and couriers are not authorised to take items any further. 

However, the couriers offer the following optional paid services: 

  • Express Delivery £29.95 (Quicker delivery)
  • Premium - Room of Choice £19.95 (Delivery to upstairs or any chosen room) 
  • Assembly Service £29.95 (Professional assembly of the Divan Bed only) 

If you would like to use any of these additional services, please inform the couriers directly when they contact you. Otherwise, no action is required.

Upon accepting your order, you are confirming that you have received it in good condition.

We do offer a Saturday delivery, only available for selected areas, which is charged at a rate of £9.95. This can be made payable via PayPal when choosing your delivery date or by calling us.

* Please note free delivery is only available to "Mainland UK Only". Following post codes do not qualify for free delivery: AB, DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY. 

* Please contact us before purchasing from the above postcodes, and we can supply you with a delivery quote.

We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.

For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and will be exchanged Free of Charge in any rare case of damage.
Returns Policy:
Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
