This is for an original program for the December 1 1946 game played between the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers at Shibe Park in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The Eagles would defeat the Steelers 10-7 in a low scoring affair which would see both teams completing just two passes. The Eagles would complete 2 of only 3 attempts for 14 yards while the Steelers would complete 2 of 16 for 37 yards and 3 interceptions. Program is in great condition with a strip of roughness at the bottom of the front cover which can be mainly seen on the date of the game. Great photos and thumbnail sketches of both team along with great period ads, including one full page ad for buying pheasants from the Berkshire Game Farm along with an ad for men and women to shop at Mitchell and Ness. A great program in great condition and a must have for any Eagles, Bears, or vintage football collector.
