This bear is in good condition.  It is approximately 9.5 inches.  I did not find a neck mark on this piece which possibly indicates it was made before 1993.  It includes:

• Green Hang Tag
• Certificate of Authenticity number 58/100.  The number is also on the foot of the bear.
• The fabric label on the right arm.
