What a beautifully designed piece of depression glass or Art Deco glass. Many pieces were made in this ruffled neck style, but not in this particular shape. This is a great bud vase for more delicate flowers The smudges noticeable on neck of vase with ruler standing vertical - are just that, smudges. Didn't notice until photographing. There are several other little "dots" which at first glance I thought they were scratches or "chippies" but after a careful re-cleaning, they have all gone away. except for one scratch along the inside upper neck, below the ruffle that is a tiny scratch - see last photo. PLEASE remember that these photos have been enlarged to show condition and are not necessarily visible to the naked eye.
