This item was an online retailer return but does not appear to have been used. They were likely returned due to being the wrong size so they may have been tried on. They come in packaging that can be opened but do not have any stains or defects. Please see photo for measurements. PLESE NOTE: These are for anti slip purposes only as the bottom of the shoe is not "solid" and water and mud will go right thru the bottom.
