Beautiful North South Black Tote. This bag is special edition.  I wore it a couple of times but transitioned to a bookbag when I went back to work.  The corners have some rubbing and there is only one scratch/ discoloration at the bottom of the bag which I took a picture of.  Happy to provide more pictures if needed. The bag is immaculate and will come with the dustbag.
