Dosage:

• With water circulating, broadcast over the deep end of your pool
• In addition to weekly shock treatment, we recommend shock treatment of your pool when problems occur
• After heavy bather load, when water appears dull or hazy, unpleasant odors or eye irritation occurs, or if algae develops
• Shock treating under these conditions can prevent pool problems from developing

Shock Treatment:

• Add 1 lb. per 12,000 gallons
• Add weekly and/or after each heavy bather load
• Once the package is opened, the entire contents should be used
• Do not reseal or reuse the package
