These look to have not been used, I got them from a going out of business sale. I checked a few and there were no batteries in them, but I did not check them all.

I have 26 to sell, so. I'll sell them in lots  of 2 ea. Please check them when you get them, if they do not work, let me know and I'll replace it, or send it back for a refund. Some of the outside packaging was very dirty and broken and the instructions were missing. So, I have copied the instructions so the English wording part of them will be included with each unit.
