Rare one-of-a-kind souvenir from “Chinchilla Graded School.” Date 1903 on the cover. The first page is dated Nov 3, 1902 - June 17, 1903, which most likely represents the school year. The teacher for that year was Madge E. Patterson. The second page lists the 27 pupils who attended school that year. This souvenir was likely distributed at a ceremony marking the end of the School year. Last names of pupils include: Jefferson, Freeman, Fischer, Miller, Twiggs, Monroe, Kropp, Lochart, Petch, and Stillman. Measures approximately 3 7/8" by 6". The front and back covers are printed on cardstock, while the interior two pages are regular paper. The covers and inside pages are held together by a decorative white cord passing through holes punched in the upper left corner. In very good condition with a slight, almost imperceptible, blemish on the front cover.
