Here is the solution if you have a worn out swirl actuator connection at your Volvo car with 185HP D5 Diesel engine.

This is a common Problem and if you bring your car to the Volvo dealer they will replace the whole swirl actuator unit, but with my repair kit you can repair it easy by yourself. And it´s not only a repair, it´s an improvement!

The repair kit includes:

-Heavy duty swirl actuator connection rod with metal ball joints

-fastening material

-Special manufactured flexible drill, to drill a 3mm hole in the swirl unit

-5,5mm spanner

- bracket holding the swirl unit in Position while drilling the hole

The only tools you need are a battery drill with counter clockwise and a ratched with 10mm nut.

Save a lot of money and fix it yourself!
