 All you need to do is leave a note along with your order telling us what camo pattern you want and we will create it for you. We do our best to stock all of our camo patterns, but it could take up to 2-3 weeks to create your plaque if we do not have your camo choice in stock due to high demand. Deer antlers and mounting kit are not included.
