Head: 10 mm Indented Hex with a 17 mm Outside Diameter Loose Washer
Finish: Black phosphate
These bolts are the single most used hardware on Lexus vehicles from 1990 to present day production. They are most commonly used under the hood, firewall, splash shield, bumpers, radiator support, chassis, interior etc.
They have a black phosphate coating (not painted) so the finish will last.
