This item is in EXCELLENT preowned condition.  It shows some minor signs of normal use:

• Near the fireplace will show minor wax residue. (Some goo gone should take care of it)
• Front fireplace grate is a little loose.  Does not affect use, but a little glue will take care of it.
• Clock is tested and works!  Base shows directions for clock.  Includes 1 AG5 battery, and we'll include a couple more for you :).
