·         Defective items will be exchanged only for another item of the same type.

·         Items must be in same condition as when shipped out.

·         Buyer pays return shipping.

·         Sealed and boxed items must have original packaging returned with them

·         Bulk shipped items will be inspected and checked.  (We will not accept items that are not ours!!)

·         All items must have an RMA#.  If this number is not visible on the returned package, it will be refused.

·         Returns on items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping. (or cost of shipping if free shipping was offered for the item)
