Up for sale here is this complete rebuild kit for the Pioneer SA-9100. This includes all the parts you need to rebuild all of the boards in the SA-9100, plus it includes upgraded replacement main capacitors (with bypass capacitors) and a new relay. This does not include new fuses or output transistors. The correct replacement output transistors are two MJ21195G (replaces 2SA679) and MJ21196G (replaces 2SC1079), available here. Please do not buy any of the fake Chinese transistors listed on eBay--these are counterfeit and will damage your amp.

The kit for each board is bagged individually to make things easier.
These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The main capacitors are Cornell-Dubilier 15000 uf 100v capacitors, the other capacitors are 105° Panasonic FC, Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL, Wima film, and Panasonic film caps at the same uf ratings and the same or higher voltage ratings, the transistors and diodes are the correct Fairchild/Onsemi subs for the original transistors, and the relay is a new Omron relay. These are extremely high-quality parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild Pioneer equipment.
I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is a difficult rebuild, so you should have some experience rebuilding vintage gear. You should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, heat-sink compound, and a dim-bulb tester with a 60W or 100W incandescent bulb. Ideally you will have a desoldering gun such as a Hakko FR-301.
