Bender designed for bending:

- in the groove of smooth bars up to ø18 (Re = 250MPa max) or ribbed bars up to ø16 (Re = 500MPa max)

- around the core of the bender (radius 45mm) smooth bars up to ø20 (Re = 250MPa max) or ribbed bars up to ø18 (Re = 500MPa max)

- The core of the bender is hardened and the bending corner is rounded for strength.

- The bender is built on two bearings, which gives a rigid and durable solution.

- The core with a groove depth 35mm allows bending several small bars at the same time.

- The bending element is a hardened steel sleeve. The sleeves can be mounted in 3 sockets located at different distances from the main core.

- Powder coated device.
