For size - please see photo with measuring sticks. Chest seems about 38-40”. There is a slight taper in below chest.

Pre-owned. A couple of issues to note and I’ve tried to capture in photos: quite a few of the brownish rhinestones are not in their settings (missing stones, settings are there). There is a small tear in sheer fabric at end of one sleeve. There is a tear and a sewn up tear on the other sheer sleeve up toward shoulder area.
