Here we have a superb original Art Nouveau brass "Letters" letter box. This is a perfect finishing touch to a period entrance door. Stamped with foundry mark "M&P" which I believe is for May & Padmore of Birmingham. It has such a lovely design with handle which can also be used as a knocker. It has a lovely worn patina so I have left it unpolished. Clear "Letters" text which often gets rubbed away with years of polishing. It measures just under 8.5 inches by 4.75 inches by 3.5 inches deep weighing a little over 500g's. This is the cheapest one of it's kind on eBay so get it while you can!
