RETURNS

We would be sorry if you ever find the need to return one of products, however we will totally honour refunds for the following:
IMPORTANT: Please read our T&C before returning your product:

►We are able to offer refunds if the date of order is within a 14/30day period. Please check product details to see if product comes with a 14 or 30day period
►If an incorrect order or faulty product was supplied to you, we will refund returns postage based upon a standard charge. Buyers will initially pay for returns postage which will be fully refunded once the product has been received in good condition. This will include refund of product cost plus any delivery charges (if charged separately). In ALL other cases, buyers will need to send the products back to us and pay for any necessary returns costs
►Duty of care for the product is the responsibility of the customer until eVCom has received the goods back. For clothing, hand & foot wear, please arrange to return the goods in new unworn condition. All products need to be in their original packaging, including all tags as it was first shipped out
►All products must be returned in full pack quantities as originally dispatched. We cannot offer a refund unless the full quantity is returned
►Refunds in all of the above cases will be issued based upon the condition of the goods returned to us. Otherwise a nominal re-stocking fee will be charged if the returned product(s) do not meet these conditions as stated here
