Return & Shipping Policy Due to the nature of the item, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We ship from Mon - Fri 9AM - 5PM. We are closed on Holidays. RETURNS are accepted only if item is unused and re-sellable. Otherwise the returns will be rejected. Items sent with free shipping & handing will be charged the original shipping fee plus 10% order value as the restocking fee to cover our costs of shipment and restocking, and the buyer must pay for the return shipment ALL SHIPPING/HANDLING TIMES ARE ESTIMATED FROM USPS AND WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DATE OF DELIVERY |
