In the case of faulty goods, all our items are PAT tested before dispatch so this should not be a problem, but if for whatever reason there is a fault within 30 days of receipt please contact us for the returns procedure.

All items listed are in stock and ready to ship from our UK warehouse. All items will be shipped within 24 hours during the working week. For deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail 2nd class. which should be delivered within 3 to 4 working days. If there are any delays beyond these delivery times please contact us so we can resolve.
