Fun and colorful. Makes you happy to make it spin. In used VINTAGE condition. It’s seems to be missing it’s cone that should be at the bottom. But still works pretty well with out it. It has some surface scratches with paint loss, some stains, some scratches in the clear plastic, and some small spots that look like rust. Also, dirt and dust have gotten on the inside. Not sure how you would take it apart to clean it. So it’s definitely worn and used. Despite all that, it still a wonderful looking toy. And it works well. Please see photos for condition.
