Order Processing
Our business working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. In the case of any order submitted outside these hours, processing time will be counted from the next working day. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail / Courier by 2pm. Any orders placed after this time, will be dispatched the next working day.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and Packaging costs are to cover the actual delivery cost, materials and labour in packaging and delivery.
