*Royal Mail will not accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have elapsed since the item was due to be delivered. In the event of a Failed Delivery / Lost Item case, you will need to file a P58 declaration with Royal Mail.

Returns:

Our aim is to maintain 100% Customer satisfaction. If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding P&P or delivery charge) upon receipt of the returned goods, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in original undamaged packaging.

If the product returned is not in a resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% from the original purchase price paid. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged and replacement is not available.
