VHB™ WITHOUT FOAM: Unlike standard VHB tapes, this is a VHB "Adhesive Transfer Tape". There is NO foam carrier. It is a solid 0.26mm (10 mil) thick layer of pure 100MP extreme-strength adhesive film. It provides a completely seamless, invisible bond.

💡 PRO TIPS: Handling & Application

Handling Warning: Because it has no carrier, the 10 mil thick 100MP adhesive is intensely sticky. Do not touch the adhesive directly with fingers.
Prep (IPA): A quick wipe with 50% Isopropyl Alcohol ensures the surface is free of dust and finger oils.
Firm Pressure: Using a squeegee to apply firm, even pressure is highly recommended to properly wet-out the thick 10 mil adhesive into textured surfaces.
Dwell Time: Allow 72 hours at room temperature for the acrylic adhesive to reach ultimate VHB bond strength.

Application Steps

1. CLEAN: Decontaminate the surfaces with IPA. Dry thoroughly.

2. APPLY: Position the adhesive film carefully onto the first surface.

3. SQUEEGEE: Use a plastic squeegee or firm thumb pressure to smooth out the tape and remove trapped air.

4. ASSEMBLE: Use tweezers or a utility knife tip to gently pick and lift the VHB paper liner, then join the heavy materials together.
