issey sport c.1980s longsleeve dress with embroidery repairs

cotton dress from the 80s era issey sport. made from medium weight cotton with a zig zagged yoke featuring mending embroidery. cuffs and hems are faced with contrast brown cotton. back neck closure features loop tortoiseshell buttons. 

two contrast lined welt pockets secured with pewter studs are on the front of the dress. one small and and one larger spare tortoiseshell button are found in the lining, composition label has faded with time. 

this dress is in overall great condition considering it’s age, though some fade and softening to fabric has occurred.
