GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Unless stated otherwise, all “Buy it now” listings are subject to the following general terms and conditions. Please don’t offer to purchase an item without reading & agreeing to be bound by them.

CONDITION; ITEM DESCRIPTION:
We’ve done our best to reveal the material condition of the item. We are experts in this type of merchandise, and that's why we want as much information up front before you buy so we can give you an accurate price and the right item THE FIRST TIME. 

PHOTOS:
We’re not professional photographers. Colors may appear slightly different to each bidder because of individual monitor settings. Therefore, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen and the item you receive. We’re not responsible for slight color variations.  PICTURE IS GENERIC.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please email us as soon as possible and explain the problem. Refunds, or if available, exchanges will be honored for up to 14 days. If you wish to return the item, you’ll need to do so in a traceable method and in the same condition as when you received it. We will process an exchange or refund your purchase price, taxes, and original shipping charge as promptly as possible, but in no event later than 48 hours after receipt of the item back. Parts should be in the same, unopened package.

PAYMENT:
Unless stated otherwise in the listing, we accept personal checks, eBay payments, cashier's or bank checks, and PayPal. Items purchased with personal checks will not ship until your check clears; this can take up to 20 days, but we will ship the item sooner if our bank clears the check sooner.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We strive to keep shipping costs low, and in most cases shipping costs are free. Some larger or unusual items that require special handling may incur shipping and handling charges. We make every effort to ship your items within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping charges will apply if the item goes on a pallet to a residential area and a liftgate is needed, up to $150 in the lower 48.

RISK OF LOSS:
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of any item after delivering it to a “Common Carrier” and will not refund for these unless the buyer has insured the item. Some items may require insurance, and these charges will be paid for by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We can ship this item to nearly anywhere in the world. Please inquire about shipping charges to your country. Some countries charge additional customs fees. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to some countries. Additional fees may apply.

WARRANTY:

• Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacture, under normal use and service recommended by the manufacturer.

• Coverage will extend a full 12 or 24 months (see description) from the date of purchase in an engine regardless of mileage or hours.

The warranty is also subject to the following limitations: 

1. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any part altered from its original specification (including but not limited to alterations in packaging and/or markings) or which has been misused, exposed to weather conditions, negligence, or damaged by accident.

2. The warranty shall be null and void if the engine or vehicle is not maintained to the suggested OEM level.  All receipts and records should be accounted for in the event they are requested for the warranty analysis.

3. Parts MUST BE RETURNED in the same, UNOPENED package.
