- Claims for none-delivery where the customer maintains that a fraud or theft has taken place must be submitted within 14 days of the sent date of delivery confirmation email from Evolution power Tools, and must be submitted with a Police crime reference number.

- The product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Returned in the original packaging for safe return.

- A returned product without the Evolution blade will be deemed to have had an incorrect blade fitted and using the product incorrectly, therefore the warranty becomes void, and a refund of that product will not be processed.
