Returns
If you are not satisfied with the item bought you can return it to us for a refund.
Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed. All items must be brand new and in the exact same condition as sent. Any item that is returned which has quite clearly been worn will not be refunded.
We must be informed of return within 7 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The reason for return and your ebay ID number must be included with the item.
You are responsible for the returns postage unless an item is faulty.
Please keep the receipt of postage when you post the return in case of a query.
Please note that refunds can take up to five days after we have received the returned goods.
In the case of exchanges please contact us in the first instance.
