I do not cancel winning bids. If you win the item then make payment. If you do not pay I open a case and you get a strike. Its that simple. I don't want to hear that your account was hacked, you accidentally hit the buy it now button twice or any other nonsense. Honour your purchase and everything will be fine. If you have no intention of paying do not bid as its only going to get you a strike.
