To Initiate a return, please contact us within 14 business days to inform us about your dissatisfaction with our product. We ask that you keep the original packaging that your order came in as well as your invoice, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process. Disclaimer: Please note, in the summer month we do include an ice pack with each order containing chocolate and certain melt-able products to help it arrive in best possible condition. However, we do not take back melt-able items such as chocolate. All orders containing melt-able products are done at your responsibility.
